Call for Papers Volume 4, Number 1, 2018


The Journal of Science and Technology publishes an issue on Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The journal issue provides online, open-access, peer-reviewed manuscripts of original contributions in ICT-related areas. Manuscripts of both theoretical contributions (including new techniques, concepts, and analyses) and practical contributions (including system experiments and prototypes/platforms, and new applications) can be submitted to the ICT journal issue. 

The published papers of the ICT journal issue can be viewed and downloaded at The ICT journal issue receives a score of 0.75 in the areas of electrical-electronic-automation engineering by the state council for professor title of Vietnam. The areas of the ICT journal issue include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Information/network security, internet/web based systems/products, data mining, social networking, intelligent human-computer interaction, big data, internet of things, green ICT;
  • Information theory, communications theory, signal processing for communications, wireless communications, cognitive radio, millimeter wave communications, massive MIMO, full-duplex wireless communications, wireless technologies of 5G and beyond.

Manuscript Guidelines
Manuscripts must be written in fluent English. Manuscripts should be prepared by using a two-column paper format (10-point font size). LaTeX is highly preferred for preparing manuscripts with equations. Manuscripts can be electronically submitted to the ICT journal by clicking the button “Make a submission” at The title should be descriptive and specific. The abstract should be no longer than 300 words and concisely summarize the manuscript contributions. The motivations and main outcomes of a manuscript should be provided in the introduction. Appendices with complicated and/or long derivations, if necessary, should be located after the conclusions.
